Along with healthy fats and antioxidants, this recipe is enriched with essential vitamins and minerals to boost your everyday health from within. Vegan Cookie-Dough Smoothie Bowl Recipe

What You Need

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 80g frozen cauliflower
  • 25g Myvegan Salted Caramel Soy Isolate
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp liquid (we used coconut water)
  • 1 packet of Myvitamins Vital Bites

Method

  1. Pop your bowl into the freezer. (This helps to stop the smoothie from melting.)
  2. Pour the liquid into the blender, then add the remaining ingredients on top. Blend on high power until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add more coconut water.
  3. Add the mixture to your cooled bowl and add toppings. We’ve chosen MyVitamins Cookie Dough Vital Bites, sliced banana, coconut shavings and chopped hazelnuts.
