Tiramisu Collagen Pancakes Recipe

If you’re looking for a tasty twist on our unflavoured pancakes, try this tiramisu recipe:

What You Need:

For The Pancakes

  • 2 large scoops (45g) Myvitamins Collagen Pancake Mix
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Coffee shot

For The Filling

  • 1 Coffee Shot
  • Natural Yogurt
  • Cocoa Powder (for dusting)

Method:

  1. Add 2 large scoops (45g) and 1tsp of baking powder to a bowl. Then add 100ml milk and 1 shot of coffee and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter. Reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook.
  2. Spread the coffee shot evenly over each pancake, followed by yogurt and repeat. Dust with cocoa and enjoy.
