Not best product as u have to take 7 gummies each day to get a good intake of protein

16 gummies = 20g protein
They taste ok. I didn't notice when ordering in order to consume 10g of protein you have to eat 8 gummies. I suppose if you bored with drinking protein shakes or eating bars it might make sense but its not much protein per euro spent.
