Nice little boost
Took two of these before my first PT session as conveniently they arrived on the day (thankfully, as I was feeling really under the weather) and I felt great and ready to do anything 10-15 minutes after! I like that they didn’t concentrate all on caffeine as I already drink 8 black coffees a day (the recommended max daily dose of caffeine for a normal adult is around 400 mg and one coffee is around 40 mg) so I don’t feel like I’m about to have a heart attack after taking these and that is a very pleasant surprise as they still provide all the energy you need to finish your workout session! They also did not give me the shakey hands as it often happens with other pre workouts.
