Start at soles of your feet and work your way up the body using upward strokes. Always brush in the direction of your heart. When brushing your stomach and chest use clockwise sweeps following the direction of your digestive system. Pay special attention to backs of thighs or areas where you have cellulite. Body brush for 3 minutes, 3 times a week!
